PS Elements 10 users out of luck!

Am I missing something in the PS update or as a PSE 10 user, I'm out of luck for processing rx100 raw images? It says the update will be available in PSE 11 -- that's helpful, it's not out yet. Plus, it seems I just upgraded from PSE 9 a few short months ago. Guess I'll stick with jpegs!
