Kit for Pro Dental Images/Video?

Hello,

I am creating a dental website.
What equipment would I need to produce very polished, "studio quality", close-ups/head shots & promotional videos of my patients. (ie, camera, flash, white backdrop, etc)

Does anyone have any specific camera/flash recommendations?
Also, what amjor factors come into play in creating professional images, apart from the camera itself?
