Help pls - copyright question
By law, the copyright remains with the photographer unless a "work for hire" or other arrangement in writting is made. If you don't want to sign away the copyright then don't take the photos. Have the company hire a photographer and see just how "not worth much" the images really are

I've just been asked to take some shots for some promotional
material to be used by the company I work for. The shots will
involve "volunteers" acting as models. They won't be paid (but they
might keep their jobs).
The company won't agree to copyright remaining with me, even if
model release forms are signed.
What do you think?
I don't need the photographic work and its not worth much, but I
would like to keep my job. Comments pls folks.-- hide signature --
