Real Right Stuff L bracket and grip for EM-5

I received my RRS kit 2 days ago and I thought I might give you my first impressions. I know that there are a few versions of grips for the Olympus on the marketplace, so I researched DPR and other sites before buying.
I settled on the RRS version because: (i) I had bought their L brackets for my 1Ds3 and 5D2 before, so I knew that their attention to detail and quality is top-notch; and (ii) their L brackets make a lot of sense when it come to using the camera vertically for panoramas.
I was a bit 'iffy' about the additional grip, but went with it anyway.
Since putting the bracket and grip on the camera I have noticed that the EM-5 is a great deal easier to handle. The design has been very artfully done, allowing easy access to the battery compartment, electronic ports and the card door. The L bracket redresses the offset tripod socket by centering it on the horizontal axis and providing a centering mark on the vertical axis. The grip, itself, feels very natural. While it adds overall bulk and weight to the camera, the RRS does feel balanced.
For me, this is the best RRS set-up I have used, and I have no reservations about leaving it on the camera 100% of the time. Added to that, the RRS L brackets, I believe, are the best for mounting a camera on a tripod (using the Arca-Swiss style of bracket). They are very quick and easy.
The RRS is not cheap at AUD $210pp, nor is the quality and finish. It easily matches the overall quality and feel of the Olympus.
