and don't forget, the SLT mirror itself adds noise to the image by manipulating light physics!!

Yes, how dare people ask for substantiation that an ND filter, which has never been shown to reduce detail, suddenly magically reduces detail! We should all just take your word for that it's caused by "light physics" and a previously unheard of phenomena occurs only on SLT mirrors, and on no other light obstacles, magically removing detail!

We are so mean , using critical thinking and knowledge of physics to approach the issue instead of simply accepting assertion!
