If you can't get your money back from Cameta complain to the Better Business Bureau. I believe they are a member. Otherwise get the camera back from them, send it to Nikon, and look at this as a learning experience.

Why complain to BBB? If they are members of BBB, they pay for that service. Do you really think they will bite the hand that feeds them?
