Which telephoto lens to rent for an indoor event?

Shooting a speaking event in a gym/auditorium. Not sure what to expect from the lighting situation. Any recommendations for a lens to rent. I need to get some nice profiles shots of speakers at the podium -- and I'd like to have a little range so I don't have to be right in front of them. Not expecting tons of action, but I might have to be prepared for low light and I still want crisp shots. Thanks!

I can rent any Canon lens locally here in NYC.
Looking at:

70-200/2.8 IS L
70-200/4L IS
28-300MM 3.5-5.6 L
