I have a G3 with the PL 25 and the 14-45. It's a great little camera, and many of its shortcomings have been addressed by the G5 - I have G5 envy. I debated over the 20 vs. the 25 and ultimately went with it despite larger size, and it pretty much lives on the camera. A wonderful lens that I have never regretted buying.
You might also consider one of the new small Oly's with the wonderful 16MP sony sensor, though ergonomics probably not as good and no built in viewfinder.
