Accessory advice for V1

I could not pass up the very low Adorama price for the V1, so now that it is on the way, I need to think about accessories. Hopefully some here can give me some good advice.
My queries:

• Is there a good small holster for the V1 that I could put on my belt, or is this not a good way to carry the camera?

• I saw some different body grips for the V1 on-line but which one is the best?

• Should I bother to get the Nikon lens hood accessory for the 10-30mm, or a collapsible rubber one instead? (Weird that it is not supplied!)

• Any brand suggestions for a CPL to avoid vignetting?

• Any third party options for a flash unit? The Nikon SB-N5 is high priced at $140.
