Enabling GPS/wi-fi on a camera like 5Dx

My experience with the Eye-Fi is very good for wifi, works absolutely reliable with my 5D3.

GeoTagging though is not very reliable with the Eye-fi, even less so because it requires WLAN networks around.

Yet if you have an iPhone or ipad, you could use shuttersnitch & geosnitch and thus tag your photos "on the fly"...
