Thank you for posting, I just bought it, a real bargain compared to the MatchTechnical "Bip" I've got on the X100.
Hard to tell from the pictures if it is convex, concave or flat.
Regardless, I think it'll look good on my silver XE-1.

It is flat (or at least the one I got is).

Only problem I have had with using them on the XP1 is that it can turn the on off switch accidentally because the center part of the shutter does not turn independently from the on/off outer part.

Once you've got it secured to the cable release (based on my own experience and others as well, a tiny amount of nail polish works best, do not use locktite or Teflon tape) you should be able to use it to turn the power switch on and off.

It works that well with mine, although I avoid doing that for fear it might come loose on the "off" stroke.

I've never used a flat one before, I'm curious to see how it compares to the concave and convex ones.
