Lenses for Trier, Germany

I'm going to a conference in Trier next week, and am flying out a day early - what lenses should I take out of the following on a D7000?

10.5 DX Fisheye,
28/1.8G,
50/1.4G,
85/1.8G,
105 VR macro,

10-24 DX
28-200G,
16-85 DX

I'd rather shoot primes than zooms, but am open to taking them!

I'd be tempted by 10.5, 28, 85 - but would I miss a rectilinear wide-angle in a city with stunning Roman architecture, or long-ish telephoto?

Whatever I carry, it needs to be pretty compact (so camera + 3 lenses + SB-700 is a fairly hard limit)
