Out of interest, what does the in-camera RAW conversion to JPEG look like?

I'm about to jump into the world of X-Trans with the X-E1 and to date I've always shot RAW though the bulk of my photos get no significant post processing at all. I'm thinking I'll start RAW+JPEG and see how the demosaicing improves (or gets supported at all - I use Aperture) so I'd be interested to see just how different a "straightforward" conversion compares.
