Sensor dusts keep reappearing near same area

I clean sensor dust with sensor swab, but they keep reappearing near the same area after a few weeks of use. Has anyone seen something similar happen? I've never seen this happen in my old D300 but I think I've cleaned the sensor on D7000 more than 5 times in past year now. Maybe it's because I take more videos with D7000?
