Wide angle Lens choice

On the size issue, yes the Oly 9-18 is very small but you need to factor in the size of the extr lens hood you'll need for the Oly. Besides that, is the price doesn't scare you away and you don't use filters much, the 7-14 is a wider brighter lens with much better IQ than the Oly so you'd have more fun with it...
