Umm...as far as I can tell...the only thing panny users have to worry about from oly lenses, is if the FL is too long since panny cameras don't have ibis (and of course, oly lenses don't have ois). Course this isn't a problem if used correctly or with a tripod but still...

There does seem to be quite a number of gotcha's when it comes to panny lenses on oly though as you mentioned.
