Aperture Question

Decided to do some post production on some hockey shots taken over the past few weeks. The challenge is trying to take a clear shot in an environment that's that that great - especially lighting.
Well, after being warned about the auto-wizard, I just tried to adjust the exposure and the shadow settings. Also brought up the Denoise setting to 50%. Pics looked pretty good on screen but when I uploaded it on to Dropbox, the exposure looked too high.
Questions:
1. Is there a way to remove all the PP settings on the pics all at once? Hate to go through the 100+ pics individually.
2. Any suggestions on bringing what is essentially underexposed pics to look a lighter? Any recommended settings I should consider, tinker with?
Thanks in advance.
