D800E and Honey Eater midflight

I caught a honey eater (not sure of its real name) hovering around flowers and eating nectar (its spring here in Australia).

What a fabulous little bird.

Nikon D800E, Pentax 67 165mm F2.8, tripod, manual, 1/250 sec, ISO100, Standard Picture style, processed in Capture NX2 and Photoshop CS2.

I am loving this camera. It has so much depth and ability.
