Taking video, the SLT could stay down for continuous AF, I am only talking about high quality pictures.

If you understand what you are talking about, then tell em how the mirror can stay down for shot, and up for video? But don't try to speculate based on your misunderstandings. Base your claims on scientific and technical facts.
