Is anybody there...???

Not enough (not many).

My stuff is usually kinda "out there" so I'm overwhelmed when somebody comments favorably on it.

I feel I'm out of my element commenting on other images. (Kinda like a landscape guy commenting on street, or a still life guy on photojournalism...)

Maybe as others have suggested, just some way of indicating that an image was viewed...
