Chess figures

My little son has been demanding more and more chess playing with me. I have to confess I'm not a very good player but sometimes I have chance against my 5 and half years old. We play with an old nicely carved wooden set and I just thought that it's a very nice subject and rim light would bring out the details very nicely. Setting up was easy. I just used an external 5600 HSD with my DIY rim light adapter and a macro lens (sigma 50mm) on my a100 (hand held). Some selected photo:
Cheers
