If you're going with the E-M5, I'd go with the kit lens + 40-150 combo instead of the 14-150 super zoom. I've found my 14-150 to just not be particularly good past around 50mm or so. It vignettes heavily, is really low contrast, and just isn't particularly sharp. Were I starting from scratch, I'd save my money (about $400 currently with the rebate on the 40-150), and just get the 40-150, and put the money towards other gear.
