which to get(1424, 14 2.8, 24 pc)

i am very confused right now i am looking at
14 2.8
14 24 2.8
24 pc

i intend to do architecture and landscape as main shots, so 24 pc is my choice in mind. but

1: seems rokinon is having an equivalent in production i would definitely consider getting instead of nikon
2: i feel that i need 14 wide angle for interior, so is 14 2.8 worth to have?

3: if 14 24 distortion is very acceptable and easy to correct, can i just get it and cover the whole focal length?

what is your opinion??
