Thanks, Jos, for your reply!

I am afraid I was too tired when I posted the message. I meant Av, and I should have mentioned that I was referring to the 5D3 and the 580EX speedlight. But, anyway, I was too lazy as well. I've done a search and I've found that auto ISO doesn't work when you attach a flash to a Canon DSLR. For a strange reason nobody seems to be able to understand, Canon sets the ISO to 400 (if you're using Auto ISO and you attach a flash, I mean), regardless the light circumstances. Really odd! I love to use the 580 as filling light while still registering the ambient light, and auto ISO would be great help for such purpose in very low light environments, but, nope, you have to set the ISO by yourself (not a big deal, anyway) if you want anything else than ISO 400...

Dadme un mundo sin contornos,
Un espacio feliz que ignore los perfiles.
Concededme, sĂ, la dicha redonda
De flotar sin conciencia en el fondo
Desenfocado de mis fotografĂas.

Give me a world with no edges,
A happy space knowing nothing about outlines.
Grant me, please, the round joy
Of thoughtlessly floating on the blurred
Background of my photographs.
