is canon 24-70 II available anywhere in the US?

I pre-ordered this lens like a month ago in BHPhotovideo, and they said it was supposed to be in stock on Sep. 13th, but it is still backordered now. they sent me a email saying i might need to wait longer. i can't find any place that Canon 24-70 II is in stock. in fact, there is one, but i am not sure if it's a good choice.

i have never shopped in this website, i am not sure how they got the lens while other big websites still in backordered. Any suggestion? I really want this lens.
