Your right Sandy these photos are not from a D7000. The OP faked the EXIF FOR A d7000, but forgot to change the date of exposure which predates the release of the D7000. There are other inconsistencies with a D7000 image which I won't divulge, but it is safe to say the OP is a total troll and a liar. Best to ignore him.
