LR3 video thumbnailer error

I tried searching and didn't find any threads but if this is answered, please point me in there. I use LR3 on a Windows 7 PC. Whenever the library loads a video thumbnail
( I have video clips interspersed in various photo folders from before using LR), I get an error message. I click ok and it moves on but this slows both importing and scanning through the library very tedious. I haven't been able to find a good fix for this on the web or Adobe help. Anyone have an answer?
