Re: Sony A77 vs Nikon D600 First high iso comparison
In reply to Ma55l, Sep 27, 2012

Troller made a mistake about his subject title. He is comparing A77 photos from the beginning, not A99!

Who is this joker?

He is the guy who when A77 was still a rumor went on and on (100s of posts) claiming A77 has a full-frame sensor.

Then once A77 was announced, he started telling us the sensor is defective ( a few weeks? months?)

Now 3 hours ago he said he bought D600 that he is getting tommorow, and immediately he is feeling the itch to justify the decision on this forum, instead of Nikon. Says something about the guy ..

I never said that the images I posted showed the A77 to be a full size sensor. And I never said the A77 sensor was defective. What I did say was that it was a poor sensor at high iso. That is without a doubt true. Check the photo below of the D3X, D600 and your wonderful A77 on the right. The images are labelled at the top of the frame window. I know, I had to look at that several times also as the loss of fine detail, heavy noise and emormous drop of saturation is hard to ignore in the Sony a77. All images are 100% crops and can be viewed easily at the site and have no processing of any type. All are images are from production cameras.
But this thread is about the A99 compared to the D600.

Note you have to click twice on the photo for the full size visualization.
