Crop(DP1M) vs Stitch(DP2M)

Keep going back and forth between the two version. One the one hand, I prefer a tighter crop for most of my shooting, I use the Pentax K-5 with the FA 43 and FA 77 most of the time for my street shooting. Maybe less than 5% of my pictures are taken with my 15 or 21. This is in the street. When out and about in nature, it shifts to the wide side but not over 50% due to a lot of macro work.
So as a carry by itself camera, the 30mm would fit the bill for my street captures as it would be tighter but out in nature, the 19mm would probably work best. When combined with my K-5 plus 43 and 77, the 19 makes more sense just from a FL bracketing stand point. I could use it on the street with substantial cropping if needed. Since I spend a lot of time in the city,Philadelphia, I would probably like the more narrow 30mm most of the time. When in the field, then I could just stitch the scenes together.
My previous favorite solo day trip camera was my Panasonic GF1 with a 20mm so about a 40mm equiv. I guess my heart says DP2M but my logic says DP1M. I know some will say get both but only one can be afforded at this time. Nay thoughts, appreciate.
