Wow, that actually looks like a very nice product! I did a little research on it and it looks like it would work very well for your scenario. I don't know if I'd personally use it if I planned to fully submerge my camera in the ocean... but that's just because I'm leery about risky stuff like that.
It should more great for keeping dust out of your camera though as it's not quite as permeating as water.
