Please offer camera opinion

I want to make a decision today after weeks of reading to choose among Canon SX 40 for $292, Panasonic FZ47 for $249 and Pentax X-5 for $279. Factors like zoom length, aperture range, etc are part of my decision, but wondered if anyone here has an opinion. I have Canon G11, Panasonic ZS5, Sony H5 (36-432 zoom). I've had good experiences with all including Pentax film, DSLR and P&S cameras. Thanks. Posting in other brand forums.
