Yes, some body+lens combinations in the FF world are not very much heavier or bigger than their Panasonic MFT equivalents (but in most cases Oly combinations win by far). But leaving aside those silly "comparisons" without any lens at all it still is not fair to both systems to single out lenses that minimize the differences as pancakes or small zooms.

The biggest selling point for Olympus years ago was the announcement that tele lenses could be made considerably smaller and lighter. And if you for instance compare a Canon 6D with an EF 70-400 4,0-5,6 to a Panasonic GH3 with a 45-200 4,0-5,6 they obvisously ar not in the same league (DOF differences aside, Compact Camera Meter does not show the upcoming 35-100 1,8 yet which would be a better starting point)
