Just perception or real re quality, Canon vs Nikon

It's a cracking shot, but as you can probably imagine, the colours bother me. The kid looks half jaundice. That may well be the case as well, but then the mum looks about the same too. There seems to be this murky lime-green glow on the skin. I'd say it's the lighting temperature, but the whites look good to my eyes and monitor calibration.
