I haven't shot under any conditions that noticeably created distortions from my CCD cameras. Would want to know, for example, if shooting out a car or train window (something we do from time to time) with a CMOS tends to bend trees or architecture or whatever. Interesting to learn above that it's such an old phenomenon.
