Can Elements 6 use a DNG file?

Adobe's raw to dng converter will work on my Olympus XZ1 files (orf) but Elements 6 won't recognize them.
What version of elements do I need to get a raw converter that will work with XZ1's raw? The Olympus viewer I have apparently will only convert the orf's to jpeg.
