Is a 150 watt monolight powerfull enough?

Sorry for my English. I have no experience at all with studio lighting and have certain doubts that maybe some of you guys can help me with.

In the near future I´ll be shooting in a studio an artistic female nude session and have the following question:

Will a Flashpoint II 320M 150 watt monolight be powerful enough to be used with a 32' x 48' softbox? Do I need the power of a 300 watt unit?

This is in a studio situation with only a single model.
