E-M5 + 12-50 kit vs GX1 + 12-35 2.8

I just sold fuji X100 - my only camera for 1,5 years. However, it lacked a couple of important for me things - any kind of focus during video and portrait lengths. So, I am deffinitely jumping micro 43.

I have deffinitely decided on 20mm and 45mm. I have max. 1500$ left to spend. So it is either E-M5 + 12-50 kit or GX1 + 12-35 2.8.

Generally, E-M5 has absolutely everything I would need now or in the next years - good high ISO, stabilisation with every lens incl. when shootin video, VF, swivel screen etc. On the other hand, the 12-35 2.8 is a dream lens and I can see very nice shots posted online. Now, I can't neither judge the diffrences between e-m5 and gx1 in full as I never used neither of them, not can I decide deffinitely on the 12-35...
