MM compared to R system

Could I get anything like the same results with my R6 and a film like Ilford Delta 100 Professional?

I've had large prints made which look pretty good to me.

I'm sure there's a technical explanation and would be interested in knowing what it is.

A friend is getting the MM, and I'm also wondering how my R lenses would go on it.
