Second hand d90 deal - Help

Hello,
Today I was offered a nikon d90 with 18 months warranty still to go and around 8.000 shutter actuations. I think the price is quite good, around 375€ (a new one is going between 450 and 500).
It is in mint condition BUT for a couple of dust specks on the visor. I know that it doesn’t affect IQ as the dust is not on the sensor…
The dust is what it is holding me back on the deal, is it really important or not?
