Buy G5 or GH2?

I am thinking of upgrading my GH1 to either a G5 or GH2. I have researched the internet and the body price for either one is around $699. My usage is half and half (video and pic).

I understand GH2 is great for Video and G5 is slightly better on picture taking. I hear that G5 uses the same sensor as GH2?

Does anyone has the GH2 and thinking of upgrading to the G5? What would your reasons for doing this?
