I went online also and purchased the software. I downloaded the setup file to my desktop and after clicking on it, everything was automatic. I have been using the software with no problem. I also have other software through this company and have never had any problems. Maybe uninstall and reinstall. Does your computer meet the requirements? Sorry for your problems, hope they get them resolved soon.
