I agree. I shoot nothing but jpeg usually or jpeg + RAw. Most images come out fine in jpeg. Others I might go to RAW just to eek a little more out of.

Olympus already does a good job of highlight recovery anyways, so thats not an issue. In low light situations I think RAW might be slightly better so that one can push the shadows.

The original post on this thread is not about those issues though. He's talking about sky noise and detail.
