Anyone having problems buying SMART PHOTO EDITOR?

On Sept. 21, 2012, I went on line and purchased the smart Photo Editor program, and never received a working copy. I have left several telephone messages for Anthropics Tech., and no one has ever returned my call.

Has anyone else had any difficulty with this program or company? Thank you.
