D800 - UK price tumble

The UK price of the D800 continues to fall.

It's lost over £500 in value over the last month.

It's currently £2,085 at Amazon UK, and falling on average about £10 a day.

I should buy this week if I want to benefit from Nikon's cashback offer (I bought a 16-35/4 a couple of months ago, and can get £80 cashback if I buy a D800 before the end of September).

However I suspect I'll save more by foregoing the cashback and just waiting for the D800 price to fall further.

It seems that Nikon's inaction on the D800's autofocus issues is now having a dramatic impact on sales.
