Load CS6 or Lightroom 4 first?

I was able to get the "insane deal" from B & H selling CS6 and Lightroom 4 together as a set. I have not received them yet, but when I do: Does it matter which program I load first? Or should I load CS6 first and then Lightroom, or vise versa? Just thinking it should be CS6 first as Lightroom will use CS6 to final edit in after the RAW conversion.
