Faster telephoto zooms, anyone?

Olympus 40-150mm 1:4-5.6 is an inexpensive compact lens that has good price/performance, but I need and am in search for something faster.

Anyone else has similar desires?

Panasonic is soon releasing a 45-150mm 1:4-5.6. Nothing new except OIS.
Also releasing 35-100mm f2.8 - rather expensive at $1500.

Would really like a 35-105mm F3.5 constant aperture; F2.8-4 also acceptable. Anyone interested also at a $500 price point? If we can show there is a demand, someone may produce one in the near future as mirrorless cameras are becoming more popular.

Looking back to the 35mm film days, such focal lengths were available and not that large. I'm sure with today's technology, smaller and lighter lenses are possible.

I can live with these focal lengths with faster max apertures f2.8 or 3.5.
