Any D800(e) videographers noticing a "flicker"?

I don't know if flicker is the right word, but it is a very noticeable aberration - especially in people's eyebrows. I've seen the same effect in reality TV/interviews where I assume they are using a DSLR. It is almost like there are noticeable moving dots or sparkling.
Is anyone familiar with this? Is there a way to address this in post?
