the 70-200 is a more versatile lens. Autofocus, zoom, VR. Pretty good image quality.
However, if you're shooing portraits and you want to create images with a punch zeiss will give you that. Just looking at the images out of 100MP you can extrapolate what 135/2 can do but without the CA of 100MP.
