I don't participate often here. But wanted to say I had a used 21Axxx device and Fuji sent me a form to have it evaluated and replaced. I sold it before doing that as I had not personally experienced the orb issue. Recommended the next user send it in. Just call them, don't act entitled, and I am sure they will email you a form to have it evaluated or replaced. Just do it before the end of September. Good luck.
