APS-c DSLR could be in trouble with FF cams that are not much larger and not much more expensive on one side

Not much larger is true, but significantly more expensive.

and APS-c and m43s cams on the other side, that are priced at the same level but are much smaller while delivering similar IQ.

I bet my phone cam can do just as similar :). The problem with with mFT is that it is relatively new "system" and you have to buy all the lenses for it again. And many better ones aren't cheap. Olympus already dumped their users once, when they moved to digital, then twice with mFT, and with FF compacts on the horizon there may be the third one coming just as well. This is not a problem with APS-C however. First the larger lenses are in abundance, they are used on FF formats just as well, and the bodies (APS-C) are significantly cheaper. So I do not really see which part here can be more in trouble, but it certainly does not look as the one you suggest.
